Rye flour is particularly rich in fiber, minerals and vitamins. Our rye flour is cold milled so that the nutrients are not lost. Rye flour has a typical taste and very good binding properties. Can be used as a substitute for wheat flour, for example (same binding properties but different taste).

The throughput speed of our rye flour is very high. This allows us to deliver a fresh product every time.  This is reflected in the typical smell and taste of rye flour, which certainly makes a difference in the catches.

Dosage up to 15% (max 100 grams per kilo)
Protein content: 8-10%, Carbohydrate content: 55-73%, Fat content: 1%
